Refund Policy


Refunds

A few of our products or services are as SAAS (Software as a service) or Downloadable software products or offered as online or offline tools.

Our pricing are based on subscriber model. The dynamic pricing method reflects reduced pricing on increased number of subscriptions.

After due diligence only, customers are engaging our services on subscriber model under different plans.

To be eligible for a refund, your subscribed tool or software must not be used or activated and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be acceptable.

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
